We've been programmed to believe that weight loss demands a total overhaul of how you eat, loads of cardio and lifting weights. None of that is true. Weight loss success is relative. What works for someone with 20 pounds to lose isn't always going to work for somebody with 200 pounds to lose.
In today's episode, I’ll discuss the power of meeting yourself where you are, and how to be successful with sustainable weight loss. I’ll also address why forcing people to change behaviors they're not ready to change and telling them that there's only one right way to lose weight only makes things worse.
