We all have food maps. These are pathways in our brains based on all the food experiences we've had since we were kids. It's how you're wired and how you've programmed your brain to eat and enjoy food.
In this episode, I talk about food maps and what you can do to rewire yours. Because if you're going to change your relationship with food, you must work on your food map and change the path to food in your brain.
