Amanda conducted a guided Reiki session focused on helping listeners release limiting beliefs. She guided participants through a meditation exercise where they identified a belief they wanted to shed, acknowledged its protective purpose, and visualized releasing it from their body through breathing techniques. Amanda then performed Reiki energy work while encouraging participants to focus on a new, positive belief they wanted to embrace. The session concluded with Amanda reminding participants they could return to the meditation anytime they needed to work through their beliefs.
