When you stand before God, you won’t give an account for what you did not have.
You won’t give an account for someone else’s family, someone else’s job, someone else’s finances, someone else’s singleness or marriage. You will give an account for how you managed your family, job, finances, and relationships.
But many of us spend our lives more worried about what we don’t have than what we do have. Rather than making comparisons, God calls us to make the most of what He has given us.
So, what do you have? What has God entrusted to you? Are you making the most of it? If you can’t be trusted with a little, you can’t be trusted with much (Luke 16:10).
