The Barbarian Invasion
Often, the needs of the “Institutional” Church, as legitimate as they are, can be detrimental to our relationship with Jesus. This can cause us to lose our “First Love”! The path to finding our way back… is “The Barbarian Way”!
2 Timothy 1:6-8: Stir up the gift that was given through the laying on of hands. For God has not given you a spirit of timidity, but one of strength, love and self-control. Therefore, do not be ashamed to stand up for the Lord or for me, but take on your share of suffering for the Gospel in the power of God!
Is God calling you to put all the “stuff” of the world behind you? To focus on your relationship with Jesus and share the good news with others? This is the true Barbarian Invasion.
