Communion is an outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace. It is an action that Christians can take to recognize and celebrate what God is doing in their lives.
Luke 22:19-20 Jesus took bread, blessed it and broke it saying: “This is my body broken for you”. In the same way, after the meal He took the cup and said: “This is my blood poured out for you.”
