This week's announcements:
The church budget follows a fiscal year from July to June. We are now eight months into our fiscal budget. Through February, actual income was $1,552,000 and budgeted income was $1,614,000. Though we had great giving in December, we have fallen behind in January and February. Year to date expenses continue to be less than budgeted, but we are running approximately $66,000 behind in giving at the end of February. Budgeted income for March is $179,000. Thanks for your ongoing generosity and we are hopeful that we will be able to close this gap by the end of our fiscal year.
All married couples are invited and encouraged to join us for the one day marriage retreat Saturday, Apr. 27th, at the Catamaran Resort. You can sign-up at ljpres.events/marriageretreat or in the courtyard on Sundays.
Vacation Bible School registration begins tomorrow April 1st. It fills up quick, space is limited and registrations are first come, first served, so sign up your kids ASAP at ljpres.events.
Our next Prayer and Healing Service will be Saturday, Apr. 6th, from 10am to noon in Fellowship Hall. Please join us for a time of prayer, music and a short teaching in a healing environment.
