The newly remodeled Children’s wing opens this Sunday! Everyone will begin in the check-in room (at the top of the elevator). 8:45am, Children go to Room 22 where we’ll explore Missions Around the World (pick-up same room). 10:00am after check-in please take your child to their room: K/1st-Room 24, 2nd/3rd- Room 27, 4th/5th-Room 26. There are two new Caring Classes:
Divorce Care meets Thursdays, from 6:30-8:00pm, Now - Nov. 17, in room LC-5. This 13-week class will be led by Maricarmen Garcia. The Divorce Care class is for those seeking support during, or after divorce. The cost is $25 for materials. RSVP to Congregational Care Pastor Scott at 858-729-5595 or scottm@ljpres.org.
GriefShare meets Wednesdays, 3:30-5:00 pm, Now - Nov. 30, in room LC-5. This 13-week class will be led by Pastor Scott Mitchell. The GriefShare class/support group is for those struggling with deep loss. The cost is $25 for materials. RSVP to Scott at 858-729-5595 or scottm@ljpres.org.
Sign-Up for the Women’s Retreat TODAY, and every Sunday in September. The retreat will be October 28-30, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Arlene Pellicane will be speaking about “Hope is in the House”.
