The 2 week wait can throw you more than any other part of trying to conceive.
It’s fourteen days of searching for symptoms, convincing yourself you feel different… and then convincing yourself it definitely hasn’t happened this month.
I know that spiral because I’ve lived it. Far too many times.
One minute you’re eyeing off baby clothes at kmart, the next you’re crying on the bathroom floor convinced you’ll never have a family.
So today, I want to give you some guidance around what to actually focus on in the 2WW.
And if I could go back and redo my fertility journey, these are the three things I would put my attention on.
