How many times have you been told you just need to “relax a bit more” as you’re struggling with infertility?


While things like booking a holiday, going for a massage & spending a day at the spa might make you feel better in the short term, they’re not going to reduce your stress & anxiety levels for very long.


Why? Because stress is a little more complicated than that. A few massages are no match for the stress that comes with months or years of infertility.
