1. Having a fight with a loved one once a month.
2. Having an interaction that leaves you feeling hopelessness, loneliness, that you weren't understood, anger, rage, or that you can't do anything right.
3. Feeling out of control or overwhelmed that leads to sleeping for a long period of time when you are not sleep deprived.
4. When your period comes, all of the memories of your PMDD active symptoms time come to you causing you to think, "I shouldn't be that way." "Why am I so mean?"
