She shares her theory that this happens when one woman spends an extended period of time with a different woman (or group of women) that she hasn't been around recently.

Heid shares her Emergency Plan (E-Mode) for when PMDD symptoms hit at an unexpected time.

1- Recognize your PMDD symptoms are likely active
2- Take 3 deep breaths
3- Do one thing for yourself. (Or plan it.)
4- Decide next steps
