Hello and welcome to the premiere episode of Your Magical Midlife ! Today I am introducing myself and giving a little bit of background as to why I am doing this work as a coach for women in midlife. This show is for my fellow seekers, my fellow dreamers, my fellow late bloomers who find themselves on the other side of 40.
Your Magical Midlife is all about not giving up on yourself. It's all about giving yourself permission to grow, to change, to want more. I imagine you're somebody who is curious. Who actively wants joy-who's willing to keep growing, even if society gives us implicit and explicit messages that when we "get to a certain age" it's time to just disappear and dissipate.
Let's go on this journey together. Let's continue to be inspired. Let's make new friends. Let's dance. Let's play. Let's explore.
