Does dreary weather bring you down?
Sometimes it really affects my mood. One day while driving to school where I teach Yoga for Stress Management, I considered this:
When you go up in a plane, it's always sunny. Above the clouds and the dreariness is the sun. And if we can think like that and we can focus on just above what we see is light and so much light. Allow it to fill you up and see how you feel. It can shift our perspective. I shared this with my college students and it shifted how they felt.
