We like having certainty. We like knowing how our day will go. We like assuming we are in control of everything, but uncertainty brings possibility.
Think about it. When you're out and about and you run into a friend you haven't seen in a long time. You did not anticipate that encounter but you're filled with so much joy. That's uncertainty. That's possibility.
In this episode I share how to get more comfortable with uncertainty. I also share a Jin Shin Jyutsu healing tip to help calm the body and the mind.
