Here's a meditation I taught on easing worry and connecting to the abundance within you.  

The Jin Shin Jyutsu that I teach is the long version to calm worry. You'll hold three fingers starting with thumb, followed by your middle finger and lastly your little finger. It doesn't matter which hand you hold, but continue with the hand you started with. If you're uncertain how long to hold, you can hold each finger for two minutes or longer. 

As you practice, you might notice your energy shifting. What does that feel like? Your stomach might gurgle; you might twitch or you might feel sensation elsewhere in the body.  This is the energy pathways beginning to balance. 

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a 3000 year old healing practice where you  use your breath and placement your hands on specific locations on your body to ease pain and discomfort, balance mind, body and spirit and to support yourself emotionally.
