Do you find yourself stuck in overwhelm, grief or despair? I think we've all been there. Some days it feels impossible to find any light or joy. But I'll tell you this: you are so much stronger than you think you are.
I know what it's like when life feels too hard. My oldest child had leukemia at ages 3, 8, and 9. Sadly, he passed when he was 9. Those are facts. They don't define our life. We had fun, laughter and joy amidst hard times.
Finding Joy in the Hard, a weekly podcast, is about tapping into your courage, finding light in the dark and joy in the hard. You'll get to hear from incredible people who've undergone tremendous challenges and have come out the other side.
I'm your host, Suzanne Andora Barron. I'm a mom, a wife, a yoga instructor, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and an adjunct professor.
Starting on 12/4/23, join me on this exciting adventure. My goal at Finding Joy in the Hard is to encourage you through powerful stories of courage, perseverance and strength. I hope our journeys—others' and and mine—will inspire you and equip you with tools and ahas to support you in your own life. Every episode will also include actionable healing tips.
Welcome! I'm so excited you're here!
