During the week I like to offer different suggestions to take us out of autopilot and live life more purposely. So my thought for you today is, what do you GET TO do today? Think about all the things on your to do list and rather than saying have to, change it to get to.
Have to feels like a burden. Even if the activity is something we enjoy, it can feel like a chore simply because of the language. Get to shifts our mindset and brings us into a lighter space.
