Yoga, yoga, YOGA! There was definitely a time when I thought “nah, this really isn’t for me, why do I care about stretching, about breath work, about slowing down? Like how is that going to help me speed up?”
Truth? Finding space in both our bodies and our schedules even for a few minutes each day can be a game-changer for new opportunities. Plus yoga is just cool like that!
