I’ve noticed it from several angles and realized that the stress of some of it has pushed me to the brink of crashing. In this week’s podcast we’re talking about having awareness around times you feel “icky” about yourself and how that can affect your health spiritually, mentally and physically. I gained five pounds and teetered on the edge of emotional breakdown until I made a decision to step back and give myself some space. This week’s episode is a little rambly and teary but, ultimately, I hope I’m setting a good example of walking the talk when it comes to self-stewardship.
