Most people don’t realize that our physiology responds to the changes of light, temperature and food that come with seasonal transitions. We acknowledge it in plants and animals (like the leaves falling or bears going into hibernation) but not in our very own bodies! In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how fall changes impact:
