This program lines up purposefully with the season of Pentecost, which is the time that we celebrate the gift of receiving the Holy Spirit. Step into a stronger body and a stronger walk with the Lord. You'll follow a simple plan for food, movement, and scripture so that you can care for your body, renew your mind, and show up ready for the kingdom work you're called to do.
