To keep thinking of the all-powerful God with full devotion at the Sahasrara is to become one with Him. That is the highest state – the true feet of the Lord (paramapadham). Only by reaching His holy feet can we be free from all pain and sorrow in this world.
So, the mind must hold firmly to that Supreme God at the Sahasrara — to the God within as the Atman , and to the Atman within as Divine Vibration.
Let all divine powers gather at the crown chakra (Sahasrara). May those powers flow gracefully through the top of your head and fill every living cell, every tissue, every organ, and every part of your body — bringing health, vitality, and youthful energy. May the heart gain strength. May you gain the inner power to accept all things as they come.
And no matter how much wealth or knowledge you gain, may you always remain humble and simple. May you live a long and enduring life — Graced with youthful energy, inner strength, humble simplicity, abiding joy, and a heart full of contentment.
