The place of thinking, differentiating and understanding oneself is the agnya chakra or the eyebrow centre. The eyebrow centre is where the mastergland- pituitary gland is located, above it is the pineal gland and above it is the thalamus which is the controlling body of all the endocrine glands. When this thlamus is active, it controls all the other glands. So thinking at the eyebrow centre which is the universal thinking. At this place the thoughts are not about worldly things like land, physical pleasures and material luxury. Now your thinking is the divine thinking, universal thinking, thinking of GOD. Therefore continue this divine thinking in the eyebrow centre. That great Jeeva atma atom - is a matter of life, matter of vibration, matter of intelligence or greater intelligence. This is the matter of natural intelligence. This jeeva anu or matter if life thought and manifested. The adhi that was in the state of siva (dormant state) also called the para sivam and adhi sivam, became active and manifested into sakthi. In conclusion sivam and sakthi are not different and not separate. As the dormant state becomes active and the active state turns dormant the sivam and sakthi alternates. This is explained with the example of sleep and wakeful state- as we sleep, we are dormant and this is the reason the tamil speaking communities say that when somewhen is sleeping they're sleeping like siva. During sleep all the senses like vision, listening, sense of smell and other senses.
