Things to do: build teams, spend time with your inner/ outer child, prioritise and plan for a year of rising from the ashes/ creating something from nothing. There are good vibes for getting healthy and purging anxiety.
As I say to my 11:11 World Changers (women leaders), it’s best eat your fear for breakfast or it will have you for dinner.
Things to avoid: holding in emotions until they boil over, procrastinating on decisions and telling your big dreams to small minds (who burst your hope).
