It has completely changed my life, it brings me amazing humans and my income every single month, and I have made so many wonderful internet friends who have positively influenced my life as well!
I LOVE social media, but I acknowledge that it’s a complex subject and it has a very real impact on our mental health and wellbeing in so many ways.
I pride myself in having very healthy and supportive boundaries with social media and I use it strategically as a tool to reach my goals. I also understand that everyone is different and I have seen clients go through massive transformation in their relationship with socials.
