I know what it feels like to feel f***ing insecure and doubting myself and to move through hella resistance, discomfort and allll the feelings to create the result I desired.
And I got to experience that process to the max when I created my podcast jingle! It was the first piece of music I had ever attempted to produce from scratch. And I did it… with a lot of help from my friends!
In this week’s episode I share what it took to move from feeling stuck in imposter syndrome to having so much fun and finishing and publishing the jingle with the launch of the podcast. The lessons I learned apply to any project, goal or desire, to go from feeling stuck, to getting it done!
