She shares her journey from building confidence in herself after she completed her first ever marathon, to quitting her job and launching her coaching business, then coming up against some intense life and health challenges before relocating back to her home country of Poland. Next she moved with her family to Spain and started her business dreams all over again in a new chapter.
Alex shares the very real challenges she has been through and how being vulnerable and sharing them (after leading herself through them) opened her up to support others and attract even more clients into her business.
