I find it very interesting over the past couple of years different people's opinions on bitcoin have shifted more positively or negatively based on their understanding of the asset. 

Many that have grown up with financial privilege, often don't come to see the benefit of bitcoin - as the system has always treated them fairly and well enough. 

Many around the world have been denied access to bank accounts or other financial products, and nearly immediately they can recognize the benefit of this asset. 

In today's podcast, I go over what made me turn towards Bitcoin. Specifically, I go over important topics like the following: 

• We all have our unique journeys in this world when it comes to Bitcoin and how we see the world
• Some get it much sooner than others based on their life experiences, associations with cryptography/tech
• We all heard about it back in the early 2010s, but only a few people took the time to understand it in nature
• There are certain moments in time when we come to this fork in the road and try to figure out what path we want to go down
• Sometimes we go down the path of helplessness, and sometimes we go down the path of trying to find a better path
• Two things that did it for me was

  • Global Remittances
• Why Just Bitcoin and Not Altcoins?
• What makes Bitcoin special out of the sea of 27M Alts? 
• What held me back from buying more was my upbringing in traditional finance, how I was conflating it to a stock, listening to Peter Schiff & Not Taking the time to study and understand it
