Description

One of the best ways to raise your vibrational frequency and release resistance is to breathe, as we do here, every day. I rarely use this word, but we meditate. We clear our consciousness and become aware of what it feels like to come into a higher vibrational frequency and a state of non-resistance. The more comfortable we get with those feelings and the more aware we are of them, the faster we realize it when we move away from them.
