When the fuel gauge indicator shows that the car is on empty, we don’t freak out or judge ourselves for not having gas… we simply refill the tank! The same thing is true when we experience negative emotion… we don’t have to freaking or judge ourselves, we simply shift our focus and follow that emotional indicator.
