Welcome back to the LAB and can I just tell you... I love this woman! I am so glad to introduce you to Melissa! She is an amazing woman who I connected with instantly. I record these conversations on Zoom and sometimes, because of the background noise reduction, the laughter can get cut out. So in the beginning, you miss some of the joy we experience together, but you can definitely hear the admiration we have for each other in our voices.
