Paula Schuster is a leader, a teacher, a mom, a wife, and a business owner. She is a seasoned coach and mentor with 25 years of experience, specializing in empowering individuals to achieve personal transformation and self-discovery. Through a combination of life coaching, Reiki, and sound healing, she helps clients cultivate self-love, uncover their life purpose, embrace their authentic selves, and shed the conditioning that tells them they are selfish for putting themselves first. Her newest venture is her podcast, called Scared As Fuck And Doing It Anyway, Showing Up Authentically, which has expanded her in ways she couldn’t have imagined.
Paula spent over 25 years of her life in a corporate environment, leading organizations, developing strategies and business models, and optimizing processes. She quit her corporate job in May of 2022 to pursue more purposeful work and focus all her attention on her wellness business. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her wife, teenage kids, and their dog.
Paula is a certified life coach, certified sound healer, Reiki Master teacher, and podcaster.
