Our Daily Breath - Today we remember to be aware. By becoming more aware of our breath we create a habit of awareness and start to notice things we didn't before... beauty around us, how we speak to ourselves, how we may or may not be reacting or responding to a situation. It all comes back to being aware, which starts with our breath.
