Our Daily Breath - we are trying something new today… we are taking a little bit more time, to get grounded. Developing a grounding practice is an amazing way to stay centered and connected as you live your life. It’s incredibly helpful, and allows us to pull in our energies as we traverse through the world. I love it, and I think I’d like to do it here, every Sunday.
