Our Daily Breath - It feels good to feel good, right? And we know now that when we stay focused on those feel good thoughts, we have feel good feelings... so why are we not spending more time deliberately feeling good? It is literally at our fingertips and WE get to choose to feel good - which automatically means we get to choose to live the lives we want. Or not... our choice!
