Our Daily Breath - today we talk about remembering that no one can MAKE us feel any way, or ruin our day. WE are in control of that - it’s hard to hear, but we allow their behaviors to trigger us. Lets look at that as we build our awareness, and breathe to figure out what we need to do to avoid those feelings.
