Our Daily Breath - You deserve to feel good. You ARE good. And you create the life you want by continuing to focus on those feel good feeling thoughts. If you don't like your life, or where your life is headed, ask yourself... where are my thoughts? How can I shift my thoughts to feel just a little bit better, and then a little bit better? And then as we make those shifts, we wind up back in those feel good thoughts and our lives reflect those feelings instead.
