Something a little bit different on In Shape Radio this week!

I have a notepad both on my phone and in my bag where I jot down things I hear on podcasts, audiobooks or things I read from paper books that I like.

It would of been a challenge to deliver them all as there's hundreds of random bullet points, however I put them into categories and picked out 15 of my favourites to discuss on the podcast today.
