After the seemingly happy ending of Acts chapter 6, things take a turn for the worst. One of the newly appointed servants in the church has his faith tested so deeply it nearly parallels Jesus. Although Christians in America hopefully never face the kind of persecution that Stephen faced, there is much to learn from his faith.
