In this episode, we interviewed Jakub Kočandrle, the General Manager of the Hotel
Fitzgerald in Prague.
We talked about the travel opportunities unlocked by being a hospitality professional, the
features of the newly open hotel and some interesting experiences the guests can enjoy. We
also discussed the challenges faced in the Food and Beverage sector and differences
between the American and European continents, and his vision for the future on how
technology may replace the human power in some hotel categories and unseal new
geographic experiences.
