In March of 2017, Kelly Herron was attacked in a Seattle public restroom. Kelly was four miles into a 10-mile run when she paused to take a bathroom break. Her worst nightmare was about to come true, but Kelly was prepared. This is the inspiring story of a woman who fought like hell to save her own life. A woman who was ready for this worst case scenario. A woman who took back her power and screamed, "Not today, motherf***er!"
