Have you ever noticed your practice seems to have a set point? The set point is the volume you always seem to go back to.  You say ‘the practice goes up , or it’s down you, it’s actually you. You find a way to get back to the set point, that place you are comfortable . Maybe you do a marketing event, new patients come in , some start care and yet within a short time, the volume to back to where you were. Or maybe you have no new patients for a week or 2 and yet ,statistically speaking, the volume stays about the same. Let’s see about bursting  this wide open,  to open you to  growth.
