• Resisting God’s Leading: Saying "no" to the Holy Spirit’s promptings or treating prophetic messages with contempt.

The Spiritual Dangers:

• Loss of Power: A believer without this "fire" becomes spiritually ineffective and susceptible to the "flaming arrows" of the enemy.
• Lukewarmness: As seen in the Letter to Laodicea, a lack of zeal can lead to a state where God "spits out" the lukewarm.
• Loss of First Love and passion for the kingdom of God.
