This podcast is especially for you if you are doing well. You are eating better, losing weight, and overall doing better than you have in the past.

BUT, have you hit a plateau? Do you feel like you are doing better than you used to, so you are comfortable and cozy but have lost some of the fire to keep going to your big goal?

This is so normal. I am going to break down why we do this and how to light your fire again so you can lose all the weight you want to lose.
