On this episode, I give you permission to NOT WORK OUT! It's okay. You can do it (or not!)! But just, like, do it most of the time you're planning to. There's a lot of great reasons to workout, and there are some legitimate reasons to not work out also. If it's one of those reasons, or you just need a break  feel free to not work out. But, I'll also see you at the gym when you're ready to get back at it.
