A full weekend can fill your heart and drain your battery at the same time, my friends. This week, I’m talking about a lovely trip with my girlfriend to see her family, a fog-filled film shoot, and learning to speak up for what I need - even when I’m doing things I love. Sometimes that means a little downtime. Sometimes it means turning down a show. And sometimes it means asking someone to please stop flashing a strobe light in your face.
