Today we’re gonna take a look back to last year’s greatest fights, best moments and give out awards in the Best of 2025 in Kickboxing Awardshow. In this year’s award categories we’ve got some familiar ones and new ones (like best haircut of the year).
2025 was a fun year of kickboxing, but not without its flaws. GLORY centered its year around a hugely convoluted heavyweight tournament, a switch in K-1 leadership, Takeru losing by knockout, Rico Verhoeven’s exit from GLORY, sigh.. But at the same time we’ve got some incredible fights like Mory Kromah knocking out Bahram Rajabzadeh, an incredible K-1 World MAX tournament, the return of Antonio Plazibat, Yuki Yoza’s immaculate aura, and so much more!
