Leah Stiles is a retired Navy Senior Chief, author,  keynote speaker, and founder of SEA WAVES, the nation's first and only nonprofit dedicated to supporting service members, veterans, and families affected by eating disorders. After more than 20 years in uniform and a 30-year personal battle with an eating disorder, Leah now shines a light on the silent struggles within military life, turning her story into advocacy, education, and hope for others
