Fry, is duped into a fake delivery run at a cryogenic lab on New Year's Eve. After realizing he's been had, he accidentally(?) freezes himself in a pod, and awakens 1,000 years in the future. Once there, he meets a wacky cast of colorful weirdos, and settles into a new life as different kind of delivery boy. Joining him on his adventures are Bender the Robot, Turanga Leela, Amy Wong, Professor Farnsworth, Hermes Conrad, Dr. Zoidberg, Nibbler, and even Scruffy the Janitor.
